This is a bathroom that we added to a basement. The Sani-flo plumbing system was used. A vintage server was used for the vanity. This style of vanity with 2 doors is ideal for a vanity. Vessel sinks were installed at each end and faucets come out of the wall. This is a wonderful way to keep the vanity top simple. This bathroom was created in 4 weeks.
Here is a bathroom makeover. Double sink changed to single sink to allow for more counter space. Unfinished shelf units are used to create a custom vanity. New flooring, paint, and lighting. From the 80's to today. All in a few weeks. We love small remodeling projects. They move fast and the end result pleases our clients.
For this remodel for a single family rental is turned into vacation rental. The entry was made more relaxed and inviting. The grade was too high so the brick pavers were removed and the grade lowered. Crushed stone is added to help with drainage and to create a casual simple look.
Don't underestimate the importance of snow load when building a deck. In this remodel the previous deck collapsed under the snow load. The framing and floor were both inadequate to sustain the weight. The deck was rebuilt using the correct framing for snow loads. For a fun cottage design element we used picket fencing for the railing.
