Cottage Makeover

From drab to fabulous! Our team completely transformed this neglected vintage hillside cottage. We had the vision to see that there was potential to create an inviting vacation home. Let us take your vision and transform your property.

Screened Porch Addition

Screened porches are a wonderful addition to any home. We like the rolled metal screening for durability. When possible, skylights are incorporated. They are a great way to get sunlight into interior spaces. Our team can handle your new screened porch project from design to build. Your ideas and vision are brought to life.

Fun Kids Room

Kids spaces are the perfect place to have fun with color. Explore the possibilities!

For this project we painted the space with 5 colors. We used a computer program to illustrate the ideas and combinations for the client to visualize the options.

Our crew of painters have excellent skills and do quality work. Oh, and having designer Julie Fergus select colors is a big plus for clients.

Small Bathroom Makeover

New bathroom created using a small server as a vanity with vessel sink. When considering this option, choose a vanity with doors instead of drawers. It is much easier to modify than drawers.

Vintage tin ceiling panels were cut and used as a wainscoting.

The ceiling and walls were painted the same colors to extend the space and make it appear larger. The floor is wood painted with a glossy oil-based black.

The basket stores towels and conceals the pipes. A simple solution for a very small bathroom. Just because a space is small, doesn't mean it can't be interesting.

Bathroom Before and After

Completely remodeled bathroom: new layout, new finishes and fixtures. Vintage sideboard transformed into vanity with vessel sinks. (Before photo is the small shot at the bottom with the mint green tile.)

Most bathroom remodels will cost between $12,000 and $30,000 depending on the amount of reconfiguration and the level of finishes and fixtures.
